Proposed development at Rowston Holiday Park,
Land to the east of New Hedges, Tenby, SA70 8TL

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), requires those proposing major development to consult with the public, community and statutory bodies prior to submitting planning applications to the Local Planning Authority.

This website provides details of the proposed redevelopment and extension of Rowston Holiday Park at Land to the east of New Hedges, Tenby, SA70 8TL. Hean Castle Estate intends to submit a full planning application in early 2025. You are invited to make comments for us to consider before the scheme is finalised and the planning application is submitted.

The details shown on this website are the same as those published by others during the pre-application consultation undertaken between 16 February 2023 and 20 March 2023. We are publishing this information again as part of a targeted consultation to ensure that the local community is aware of the proposals and has an opportunity to provide comments before the scheme is finalised.

The scheme is currently being revised in response to earlier feedback. If you responded to the consultation in 2023, there is no need to respond again, as the comments received are being considered.

This exercise is separate from the consultation that Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority will conduct once the application has been submitted. Submitting comments to this consultation process will not preclude you from making future comments to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority in due course.
